Well what can we say....we could have been the customers from hell, general builder and general builders wife who had it all planned in her head and knew exactly what she wanted.....and then changed it again and again and again! Tim was amazing professional, friendly put up with the "monsters" and most importantly we eventually made a decision...we asked, he sketched, planned, consulted, it was built and as corny as it sounds we have our forever house...

I first met Tim in 1993, and when he set up on his own gave him the opportunity to design a bungalow situated on a site with spectacular views on the outskirts of Milverton. I have always enjoyed working with Tim, particularly because I can approach him with my own design ideas in sketch form . Tim will quickly adopt the theme and then enthusiastically turn it into a more logical and attractive design, thus decreasing building costs and increasing market appeal.

We have worked on many projects together in and around Taunton over the years, including two of our own houses, one of which was an ugly three bed detached and was transformed into a five bed "mock" tudor country house complete with snooker room and swimming pool etc: Our latest development was a new four bed detached house built on a limited and expensive plot on the Pembrokeshire coast with spectacular sea views. The design was achieved using sketches and photographs only, taking full advantage of the location and wonderful views.

Tim has always been very competitive on costs, he works efficiently to time schedules and construction queries are also never too much trouble.

We first used Tim’s services in 1996 for the construction of two large detached houses in Corfe, near Taunton. Since then he has dealt with all our planning and building regulation applications on sites in Wellington, Hatch Beauchamp, Taunton and in Culmstock (a total of 27 detached and terraced new build properties).
